Add DXF files based on STEP

This PR adds DXF files based on the provided STEP files.
Please note that the `Ethernet` and `Power` STEP files need to be fixed before a proper DXF file can be made.
Thicknesses based on the original step files:
Top - 1.5mm
Snac - 1.815mm
SD - 1.815mm
Bottom - 1.5mm
DXF files can be used for laser cutters and most PCB design programs.
